Jacob plays with a chip, has a College Ready Body, and has improved on the Defensive end which will ultimately increase his level of Recruitment. He has always been a scholarship level scorer and shoots the 3pt shot at a high %, but now with the addition of 15lbs of Muscle & showing the Ability to Guard a PG or 2 at the LA Camp that will continue to move him up College Coaches Boards this Season. Doesn’t do a lot of things he can’t, takes high % shots, and understands how to give it up and get it back by making game speed cuts after he passes it. Right now a NCAA D3+ No Brainer heading into the Spring Semester.

Villanueva

Good Size for a lead Guard, and is at his best playmaking off the bounce or in transition. Handles pressure well by getting his opponent on his hip going downhill without getting sped up. Does a great job in catch and shoot situations, and has a high basketball IQ with the ability to score it at all 3 levels. It's no surprise he has been named Offensive POY in his District the past 2 Years, and after Avg. 21 ppg in the first Semester that could be a 3peat for the Offensive POY Award. Needs an Up-Tempo System but if you play fast, shoot a lot of 3s and open up driving lanes in the HC for playmakers you must take a closer look at Jaidden in the Spring.

Villarreal

I love this kid’s toughness, effort, and competitive spirit since I first evaluated him as a Soph. Since then he has drastically improved his offensive game and now not only does he do the dirty work, he now has the skill set along with the intangibles you look for at the next level. Erik walked into ETX known as a workhorse type that will make a lot of winning plays, but he got the attention of the college coaches on staff working the camp by scoring a 54 (D2+/LM D1 Score) winning the Skills Challenge and earning the first spot in the ‘Top Prospect’ Game. Spent This Past Season Growing His Game at a Prep, Shot it over 47% from Beyond the Arc, Improved His Game Off the Bounce, and Always Brings Toughness To The Floor.

6’0 Point Guard Cameron Wagner | 2024 Mickey Leland College Prep Talk About Tough and your Talking About Cam! Strong Built PG who has been on Varsity since his Freshmen Year and you can tell, as he plays like a 3rd Year College PG not a HS Senior. You can see he has had the ball in his hands at crutch time for a long time, so when I heard he has been on Varsity all 4 Years that makes sense. Crafty Scorer who is at his best going downhill in transition or in the HC, and just finds ways to score or when drawing help he made some high level passes. Defensively plays with Grit, and applied constant ball pressure from start to finish that disrupting opposing guards.

Mason

Walker

Undersized 2 Guard that has the ability to play the PG at the next level as he handles it well enough to escape pressure and create shots for others. However, his best asset is moving without the ball, knocking down 3pt shots with range, and is very good in catch and shoot situations which offsets being a little undersized. College Ready shooter who also competes on the defensive end as well which should only increase his opportunities down the stretch. The longer Churchill plays the more coaches will realize that Mason is not just a very good HS player and scorer but a next level player. One of the better catch and shoot prospects in the CTX Region who moves extremely well without the ball. If you shoot the 3 take a closer look at Mason down the stretch.

Warren

Tough 2 Guard who can move the PG Position and run a team, however he is at his best shooting off the catch or scoring from the off guard spot. Has gotten stronger too so finishing through contact now when he gets to the paint, and has improved on the defensive end as well. I’ve always liked this kids’ motor and toughness, but his overall game is catching up with his mindset. Ayden’s College Ready weapon is his 3pt shot, but now he looks a lot more comfortable scoring off the bounce and hit several mid-range pullups over the top of the D that will make him much tougher to scout this year. No Brainer For Top 25 NCAA D3 Programs Whose stock is rising due to his Play, and he's starting to draw JUCO / NCAA D2 Interest putting up Big Numbers Down The Stretch.

Rome

Watkins

One of the better on ball defenders and pure PG’s at the Camp. Pass 1st PG with size that applied constant ball pressure without giving up straight line drives. It’s one thing to play hard and with energy, it’s another thing to play hard and be effective. Rome did the latter by extending his ball pressure in the 4 and 4 and picking up full court in 5 on 5 forcing several turnovers or forcing the opposing guards to speed up and get out of control. Has good size, can finish at the rim, but what he does best is create shots for others and make the right play when drawing 2nd and 3rd line defenders. Needs the right fit as he doesn’t shoot the 3 well enough to play in a walk it up HC System. If you pick up full court, switch screens at the 1-3 spots and have a scoring combo in the backcourt, Rome would fit. Crafty scorer in the paint, has excellent court vision, skilled passer in the open court, and one of the more consistent on ball defenders at the camp. Rome will work his way onto a college roster when it is all said and done. Projected Levels: D3-D2 JUCO / NCAA D3+

Nehemiah was listed by every coach on Staff as the top unsigned Senior at the DFW Event. The question will that hold up at the Final Four Camp with 36 of the 52 Prospects in attendance being 1st Team All-State Players. It did as he finished in the top ‘9’ in Houston and again was a standout to coaches on staff and in attendance. Put up big numbers on Offense this past year, but stole the show again and took advantage of the small group setting by staying in 4th gear from start to finish. Nehemiah showcased consistent effort from start to finish and made a lot of winning plays both with and without the ball in his hands. You must have the skill/talent to play college basketball, but showcasing WILL turns interest to Offers. Nehemiah has showcased both in 2 Spring Camps and is no question a steal for any NAIA/NCAA D2 that plays fast, extends there pressure, and opens up driving lanes in HC. Crafty big guard who can play multiple positions and guard multiple positions. If you switch screens at the 2-4 spots then he would be a great fit. Deceptive athlete with a quick first step and a high motor that won Defensive POY his Jr Year & Offensive POY his Sr Year. If that ain’t versatile I am not sure what is. Get on him now, as I have a feeling after his Final Four Camp performance he won’t be available much longer.

Tough Physical 4 that Can Play Inside and Out! Gets to his Spots on Offense and Does a Great Job on Help Defense at Staying Engaged in the Play and Communicating Throughout the Entire Possession. Cooper has a High Basketball IQ, Tough Matchup in PnR Action & Brings his Lunch Pail to the Floor Every Time he Steps Between the Line. Versatile Offensive and Defensive Player that Would be a Great FIT in a 5 Out Motion at the Next Level.

Wells

Super Quick crafty PG who excels in transition and changes ends of the floor in a flash. Has good court savvy and creates shots for his teammates with his ability to see the floor, and understands when to pass it or take it all the way when leading a break. Has a quick release in catch and shoot situations which offsets being a bit undersized, and plays with a healthy chip on his shoulder. Playing alongside D1 Level Recruits, his numbers don't indicate his ability and impact he has on a 30 Win Team. Averaging 10 ppg and 3 apg, he makes the most out of every minute on the court and is a scholarship level defender. Tough Competitive Lead Guard who was a big Reason His HS Team Made It To The Regional Finals in Arkansas.

Transfer who sat the past season out after signing with NAIA Bethel University. Had a very productive freshmen season in 21-22 and sat out this season. Hungry to play again, 6'6 guard who can score it at all 3 levels and was an All-Region Player out of HS Avg. 22 ppg 9 rpg and 4 apg. Experienced big guard who can go JC for a year or would be a great pickup for Top 25 NCAA D3 Programs or NAIA Program looking for more experienced players to fill final roster spots.

It’s been a Year Since Evaluating him and one thing Remains the Same, he’s a Scholarship Level Shooter With Size. Moves well without the ball in his hands, gets to his spots and has a quick release off the Catch. Needs the right FIT, but if you shoot a lot of 3s and Recruit shooters at the 1-4 Positions Parker is worth a close look down the Stretch. Shot 46% from the 3pt line his Senior Year and is a Deceptive Athlete.
