One of those players that doesn’t necessarily pass the eye test, but he passes the can flat out play test. Maybe the most consistent shooters at the camp and has improved from last Spring to this Summer's Camp in just 3 months. There are some players that have the 'IT' factor and Jak has it. Plays with tremendous confidence, makes teams pay when they help off him, and if they run him off the line he is more then capable of making plays off the bounce. His college ready strength is his ability to put the ball in the hole, but he has much more to offer than just knocking down 3's. Gets to his spots, moves relentlessly and with purpose without the ball, and does a great job of creating space to get his shot off vs bigger guards. Deceptive athlete, tough competitor and wants the ball in his hands when games are on the line. With 2 years of eligibility I can see this kid on a lot more radars heading into his Senior Season. Not playing Select so under the radar, but don't miss on this lead as he can flat out play and rather work on his game then play games every weekend, which in the old days would be applauded.
