High Academic, High IQ Big Bodied Forward who has good hands, good footwork in the paint, and scores at will in the paint. Moves well without the ball to get to his spots, and understands how to use angles and his body to finish in traffic or draw fouls. Showed the ability to knock down the open 3 as well in PnR situations. I really liked Jesse’s upside, throw in the fact that he is also Academic All-State, and you can get a late steal in the right fit at the NAIA/D2 Levels. If you run a true Motion, set ball screens and run some HC high low action then take another look at Jesse’s Game Film. No question a next level player, and if you have mechanical engineering at the NAIA or D2 Levels you should 100% bring him on a Visit.
