Energetic blue collar Prospect who brings energy, effort to the court and has a high Motor. Does a great job of making a lot of winning plays without the ball in his hands that lead to W's. Non-Verbal cues like pulling for teammates, staying engaged in the huddle, and keeping his teammates on the same page display he cares about team ‘Wins’ over individual accolades! Offensively, he has a good feel for the game and excels in transition as a Playmaker who can finish plays at the rim going downhill. Very Quick when pushing it on the fast break, and uses his body well to finish plays in traffic. Does a good job in catch and shoot situations
and knocking down 3s at a high % and has a College Ready Release. Would be a very good 4 year piece to the puzzle at a Small College Program.

Evaluation:
It’s official that Jaron is playing at a scholarship level now. He won me over at the Dallas Fall Finale outplaying several scholarship level guards with more interest and Offers. When I first discovered him in the WTX camp this past summer, I thought he was an Elite Level HS player with the potential to play at the next level. Seems like players in our platform that return have turned it up a notch and fixed some areas that were exposed in previous camps which increases their own recruitment. I liked his grit and knew he could shoot it with my initial evaluation, but after back to back appearances in the top 9 at ETX & DFW camp vs much tougher comp he caught the attention of NAIA and JUCO Coaches on staff. A combo guard that can shoot it with range, has a quick release, and can make PG plays when he's the off guard. Recently picked up a JUCO Offer and NAIA Option but hasn't signed yet.

Evaluation:
Very efficient scorer that has the versatility and toughness to play inside or out. Can catch the ball with back to basket on the block, takes his time and reads the D then makes the right play. Showcased a solid mid-range game knocking down several shots off the bounce from 12 feet, and attacked the basket vs bigger posts finishing above the rim. The UC Exposure camp settings evaluate college readiness and toughness and Draven showcased both. Really liked this kid as a pick n pop SF or Playmaker in a 4 out 1 in system. Draven is having a big year as predicted currently Avg. 29 ppg and 16 rpg vs double and triple teams. Under recruited steal for a coach who does their research

2 x District MVP Cooper Smith is a highly Skilled Versatile Playmaker who plays to his Strengths, takes advantage of mismatches, and has another Great Season at Rockwall Heath Leading Them In Scoring and Rebounding. Shoots it like a 2 Guard, can take bigger players off the Bounce, and tough enough to Post Up Guards at 6'4. High IQ Skilled Offensive Wing, Active Defender That Can Guard the 2-4 Spots And Scholarship Level Rebounder. ,Cooper Has Several Legit NCAA D3 Offers, but is Waiting To See What Opens In April As NAIA/D2 Programs Have Shown Interest. With his Academic Resume and Talent, I Predict Cooper Will End Up With NAIA / D2 Options In Late April When Roster Spots Open. Scholarship Level Playmaker That Is a Late Steal.

Gritty Small College Guard that is Flying Under the Radar. His best Asset is the Ability To Shoot the 3 in Catch and Shoot Situations, Has a Quick Release and Does a Good Job of Getting To His Spots and Knocking Down a High % of Shots. 40% from beyond the Arc and worth an Invite to Team Tryouts, Spring Workouts, Elite Camps, Etc. Could Use 2 Years at a D3/D2 JUCO To Reach his Maximum Potential but nonetheless, his Stats don't Indicate his Ability to Play at the Next Level.

UCExposure puts players in college ready settings to see how prospects perform under duress against invited elite Varsity Level players. This is when you get a more in-depth evaluation on a prospects ability to make that transition to the next level and are they college ready. Well Garrett did it again, when we got to the win or go home portion of the camp, Garrett did what he does best and won his way to the TOP! There is a reason Lipan was 34-1 last year and not to take away from TEAM, but my guess is Garrett was a big reason they didn’t lose until the State Championship Game. Not only can he score it at all 3 levels, he has that “IT” factor that separates good from great. I spent 9 years at the NAIA & NCAA D2 levels and was a part of 5 Conference Championships at those levels, and I’m going to war with Garrett on anyone of those teams. Not sure why he doesn’t already have NAIA or D2 Offers but he will when it's all said and done.

Super Quick Point Guard in the Open Court, who uses his speed in both transition and the HC to get by the first line of Defense. Undersized but crafty scorer who knows how to use his body to finish plays in traffic, and the faster the pace the better the fit. Plays with a Certain Confidence at the PG Position, and makes everyone around him better. High IQ Point Guard who needs the right FIT (Up-Tempo) but no question is a next level Lead Guard who can be a difference maker at the D3 Level as a freshmen, or late steal for an NAIA Program that plays fast. As the Day went on Aaron seemed to get better and better, and finished like he started by Leading his Team to 4 on 4 and 5 on 5 Tournament Championship Winning Both. I’m not a fan of the old ‘How Tall is He’ bit, I’m a fan of Winners and Aaron is a Winner flying under the Radar.

Pure Pass 1st PG Who Was All-Region, Led His Team To the 6A Regional Tournament Finals, Defensive POY, Broke Both the Steal & Assists School Record this Season, and one of the best On Ball Defenders of all the ‘Top Prospects’ from 2023 Camps. High Assists to Low Turnover PG, whose Offensive Game is starting to catch up with his Leadership & Defense He Brings To Your Roster. Similar To Last Year, Once I’ve Seen A Player in Multiple Camps Finish on ‘Top’ and then see them lead their Team on a Deep Playoff Run like Lamont did I will put my name on them. Lamont has earned my Respect with his consistency, his toughness, his coachability, his leadership, and the fact that he brings it every single possession.

Evaluation:
A High IQ combo guard that makes PG plays with the ball in his hands, knocks down shots, or finds lanes to attack and is a crafty scorer when playing the off guard position. Plays with great pace and stays under control so always on balance and seems to make the right play a high % of time. With the ability to hit the open man, knock down open shots, and lead a team when he’s the PG Chico showcased enough skills and versatility to be a next level guard. Does a really good job at playing with pace, playing within himself and attacking gaps without getting out of control. Tough to guard in Pick n Roll scenarios with his ability to shoot, pass or drive it. Has led Alamo Heights to a 22-2 start and leads them not only in scoring but in charges taking (#9 in TX in charges taking-TOUGHNESS stat) Solid high academic small college guard who will run your team or can move to the 2 and knock down shots.

Super Quick Guard that Excels in the Open Court, Can Play the 1 or 2 Positions, and shoots the 3 at a high %. Stays in Attack Mode and gets downhill in Transition and in the HC with the ball in his hands. More of a Score first PG but showed the ability to Run a Team and play the PG. When he is off the Ball, he does a great job moving without the ball to get to his spots and knock down shots in Catch and Shoot Situations. Must have the right FIT, but if you extend Your Defensive Pressure, play fast and shoot a lot of 3s Get Corey on Your Radar in the Spring!
